The founder of LeadPulse is a licensed, practicing real estate agent. We know that sounds like a conflict of interest — it's not, and here's our commitment: we will never access, view, use, or benefit from any user's client data, leads, pipeline information, or business intelligence for any personal real estate activity.
This applies to the founder, all current and future employees, contractors, and anyone who touches LeadPulse's systems. Your leads are yours. Full stop.
LeadPulse was built to help every agent compete better — including your direct competitors. The tool only works if everyone can trust it equally. That trust is the entire business.
Your data is completely siloed from every other user. No LeadPulse user can ever see, access, or benefit from another user's leads, scores, scripts, plans, or any CRM data. Your pipeline is invisible to everyone but you.
This is enforced at the database level — every query is scoped to your user ID. It is not just a policy; it is architecture.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with brokerages, lead vendors, marketing platforms, other agents, or any third party. We do not use your contact list for any purpose other than running the LeadPulse analysis for your account.
If LeadPulse is ever acquired or ceases operations, we will give you advance notice and the ability to export or delete your data before any transfer occurs.
LeadPulse uses AI to analyze your lead notes and generate scores and scripts. To do this, anonymized lead data (notes, activity history) is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) for processing. This is transient — your data is used to generate the response and is not stored or retained by the AI provider for training purposes.
We do not use your data to train any AI models. We do not identify individual agents or clients in any AI-related context.
Email support@leadpulse.ai and we will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. No friction, no retention campaigns — just done.
This pledge is binding. By operating LeadPulse, we accept these commitments as obligations to every user. These promises are reflected in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
